Urban Music Stage is een samenwerking tussen diverse organisaties en initiatieven zoals Stichting Music Mode, Urban Sports Games, Stichting de Schoor, Stichting James, Stichting Dock, Jongerenraad YouNexxt, Jongerencentrum Place2B, Jenaflow, Jongerencentrum Multi-Club en Platform Young Movement met ondersteuning van Cultuurfonds Almere, Almere 2.0 en Provincie Flevoland. Het doel van Urban Music Stage is om talentvolle jongeren uit Almere en omstreken bij elkaar te brengen om samen de Urban cultuur te promoten in Almere. Jeugdpartcipatie en talentontwikkeling zijn belangrijke basisbegrippen binnen dit initiatief. Jongeren kunnen meedenken, meedoen en meebeslissen. De Urban cultuur wordt op deze manier vanuit jeugdparticipatie neergezet, zodat er een breed draagvlak is vanuit de jongeren uit Almere en omstreken!
